Event facilities can accommodate your indoor AND outdoor party and event needs with kitchen facilities luxury restrooms available with multiple venues. Perfect for your Corporate Retreats, Wedding Receptions, Outdoor Parties, School Picnics, Church Events, Weddings and so much more!
• Day Use-(6 hours) $500
· All Day Park Use - $1,000.00
· Indoor Facility (Seats 75) and B&B Kitchen Use- $350.00
Amenities for Weddings :
· 2 ½ acre area of space including on site parking.
· Out door stage area with our beautiful Vineyard as your events backdrop!
· Water fall, bridge and pond enhancing the natural landscape of the Country Vineyard Estate.
· Out door kitchen, BBQ and serving area located in the perfect spot for easy access for our deliveries or caterer.
(limited refrigeration)
· A one-hour rehearsal the day before. Kitchen available for Rehearsal Dinner on night before Wedding – seats 75 and includes tables and chairs.
· Executive Bathrooms will be brought on site as needed at the iscretion of owner. (Larger groups will require additional
facilities and costs will be passed on to consumer. Approx. 400.00 for each set.)
· Valet Parking attendants/Table Servers/Maintenance/Security Workers are not included, but will be hired if needed
to serve your event.
