grilled garlic bread with fresh diced tomato, basil and extra virgin olive oil

Polpettine di Riso rice cake with imported porcini mushrooms sautéed with fresh sage

Arrotini di Prosciutto

imported prosciutto spread with mascarpone cheese, balsamic vinegar, and green

onions rolled with steamed asparagus 

Paired with 2009 MONDO MacTavish Rose'

fresh organic arugula, oven-roasted red beets, sections of grapefruit and orange, sliced

red onions, diced roma tomatoes and toasted pine nuts tossed in a balsamic

vinaigrette dressing topped with fresh goat cheese 

Paired with 2009 MONDO Cielo ( white Rhone blend)

Tortelloni Piemontese

homemade tortelloni stuffed with roasted veal, spinach, and prosciutto in

a porcini mushroom tomato sauce 

Paired with 2008 MONDO Razzo Red (77%zinfandel,23%Petite Sirah)

Hand cut filet mignon wrapped with imported Parma prosciutto pan seared and served with a port wine reduction 

Paired with 2006 MONDO Mistress (Bordeaux blend)
